Those saying that its "priced in" might be a bit shocked... but then reducing size could be seen as a good thing if done correctly... wouldn't jump either way just yet.

Yup... £1.60 conversion just before next news would be nice! Why would they? Because - most shares here are tightly held and if you want to get a large % you would need to convert. But why bother? What do they know to do so?
