Not in yet but plan to very soon. This is how it works. The price SHOULD rise by the divi - ie it should rise above £1. Then on ex divi date it drops by the divi. IE sell day before ex divi to lock in profits - then buy back on ex divi day. Once divi paid it will then slowly rise back. All imo. ETC ETC.

Just worked out finances. Really shouldnt have! :/. Need a massive rerate in my shares and soon! Shoulda sold PRS. Greedy git!
