Where does it state they are selling their entire holding then? I couldn't see that - just a portion that takes them under 50% holding. Don't disagree this is undervalued but as far as I can see they are not selling the lot...

Not fully disposing - just going below 50%. So wont get £15m cash - read carefully. Still nice and points out this is 1/3 of value at least.

Check out the rns that just came out on an old favourite - rhm. Disposal of a nice asset for at least 3x current MCAP. Hmmm.

Nice... pre-spike. imo... just don't be put off by placing shares clearing... and get out on any news spikes. :) New rule - sell @ 08:05 on news days... unless exceptional as per UKOG that 300% day... AMP could bounce back of course but some spiked @ 8p.

Hawk - my thoughts... its a long wait... to get the stuff out the ground. Will require money to do so... and haven't had flow tests yet? Could be bad... could be good. A gamble... but broker rating of 1.5p post news... Not got it out the ground yet.... But gl - worth trading for the spike imo. Volatile to hold unless really long term view.
