sounds very much like african politics taking place on this licence "we gave it to them - but you can have it back - at a cost..."? IE they are effectively negotiating a settlement to get the licence back outside the courts? Still great news though. Will see where it settles as no timing details...

MCAP here is only £4 and 6 month PROFIT is £300k... with more to come... one to buy and hold imo.
