It's more the fact they are interested in a deal. With this company. For their product which we own the ipr for. Ipr is worth money. They might want to buy it or offer a substantial deal for it. Imo. Its risky yes. But most shares are forward looking with the future in mind. I'm sure any deal would include some cash but could be wrong. Not long to wait to find out. Worst case scenario back to 2p. Highly unlikely imo but in this game anything is possible.
