Could also be a bank loan with sale pendind (dilution is to be kept to a minimum as company have said)

Note...no one in il is listening to you. You CAN NOT affect that market. The Mms here will track their price and you know it. If it rises 50 percent we rise to match them... We have done a few times this week. When they dropped we dropped.

Whatever price they close at tomorrow and own at Monday will define the price here. NOTHING you say will affect that.

With any investment or trade you have to assume the worst case scenario is 0p. If you lose the lot you need to be able to cope

Scenario is as follows imo

1) il open Sunday and 2 hours Monday before us. They rise to catch our price and maybe more.

2) Meeting is at 1600 UK time monday. Have all Monday to make decisions if not already made on your position here.

3) decision will be made late Monday evening. Il get 2 hours trading on the decision before us. So can see what price will do.

Assuming deal done imo as you say will rerate to 20 plus (over a day or so).

No deal and back to 4p or suspension.

If deal done then sale will commence by March. With one of 2 interested parties. Probable price 70p plus.

Sounds rampy I know but dropped for the debenture reasons.

My plan to top slice 15p if it gets there Monday. Maybe 12p and ride free for News.

If news good will keep them in for sale.

The sale is planned for March mate. If all goes to plan.

Out of all the options presented yes, liquidation is the last straw. As they pointed out however that is not in the bhs best interest. There is also support letter from shareholders which includes the bhs. There were several options presented. But yes one was liquidation as worst case no deal met.

Calculated risk they won't want that.

A few issues with posts this morning.

3) 10m is to be funded by the bhs if they agree. 3m will be via other means
4) That is for 10 percent of team Internet valuing it at 130m. They'd have to find the rest to buy team Internet themselves.
5) This is dual listed so as much as spike would like to kl affect the price il generally pave the way and get news first...

Meaning meeting is at 1600 UK time so may get an rns post close. More likely Tues am. Il will get it first pre uk open and react accordingly whilst all we will be able to do is watch. Which could be great if news is good (get to see price rise there first) or bad if bad news (can't sell and il can)

That's the risk.

Meeting is Monday at 1800 il time. Meaning we have all Monday to build and catch up to il if they rise.
