why do you think? Personally... I feel given their location and the location of Patrick... the deal was done as Patrick was struggling to get shares here with the low freefloat... imo... its no coincidence...

Directa Plus also said Wednesday Patrick Soon-Shiong, a California-based investor, now holds 19% of the company following a deal on Friday last week. The company did not say how much he held before, if any.
