RE: 3p to 5p with a Pharma deal secured? Already FDA approved.22 Apr 2026 08:32
We dont need all studies to complete before a out licence deal.
As weeks go on we are touch closer to these results & a big deal.
The mcap here is just under £5m vs broker which values NXP002 £52.8m
The FDA ODD news a few weeks ago imo is the key news to get deal done!
We are closer now than any stage before and can buy at below £5m mcap

👉 5.00p+
🟣 Extreme bull case (rare)
Large upfront + clear path to market
👉 10.00p+ (multi-bagger)

JEITO has closed its Fund II at a record-breaking €1 billion+.
Jeito Capital, a Paris-based private equity firm with over €1.6 billion in assets under management after closing its record $1.2 billion Jeito II fund in April 2026, could help Nuformix by providing substantial growth capital (up to €150 million per company), hands-on operational expertise, and strategic acceleration to advance its preclinical inhaled NXP002 program in IPF and PPF toward clinical development and eventual licensing or commercialization.
With a strong track record in European biopharma, including investments in inhaled respiratory therapies via Pulmocide (supporting large Series C rounds for clinical progress, manufacturing, and pre-commercial activities) and organ fibrosis programs through Alentis Therapeutics (targeting lung fibrosis among others), Jeito offers a clear thematic fit for Nuformix’s differentiated inhaled tranilast formulation.
Beyond funding additional preclinical work to bolster ongoing out-licensing talks, Jeito’s team could assist with regulatory navigation (leveraging recent US/EU Orphan Drug Designations), trial design, inhaled manufacturing scale-up, and connections to Big Pharma partners like United Therapeutics, helping de-risk the asset and speed patient access in Europe and the US.
Note that Jeito typically backs clinical-stage assets, so involvement with Nuformix’s current preclinical stage would likely require more data or a creative early structure.
