in particular the 3rd july rns hasn't been priced in yet.

Hanc0ck has an actual JORC resource, has indentified a high resource target and also now has the BHP objection removed.

In a direct sale I could see it fetching $50M Aus as it is right now which is like double the current Alien cap.

Then on top factor in:

"WCE's implied value to UFO is now £15M GBP."

This is also going higher.

Then the PGM as well.

Combine the lot and as things stand right now for Hanc0ck, EH, WCE shares, PGM I think the Alien market cap should be around £35-45M when applying the UK market discount which would give us like 0.4-0.5p a share, considerably higher than the current price.

BUT as all these assets grow then we are talking pennies very quickly.

Remember Zeus capital had set a current fair value price of 1.1p which they've now pulled because of what's happening with Elizabeth Hill and are expected to revise this sharpy upward. I bet it's over 2p a share.

Small mistake in the details, from around 12-15months ago this has risen 400-500% from the lows.

The next 400-500% I expect more quickly because:

+The developments coming in this week are more substantial than what caused the 400-500% rise earlier in the year

+The company is well funded now when it wasn't back then

+The projects are world class

+Dual listing 90% complete - should be 100% this week

+Platinum and Palladium prices a lot higher and trending up

+EUA is a stategic asset for the West as much as it is for the East and I would anticipate a huge minerals deal between both sides

+The NPV estimates say the multi-billions, the cap is just £150m.

+I also expect a bid to come in shortly before the mcap balloons to £1bil again.

Spikey BID lowpoint of around 1.2-1.3p, ASK higher of around 7.5-8.0p is about 400-500%.

From 5p another 500% will take it back to 30p, which is still far below the all time highs and from my estimates even at 30p the share price is significantly under NAV.

Feels like it. We are due a few.

Silver - Elizabeth Hill, Iron - Hanc0ck, PGMs - Munni Munni.

Certainly not.

I have researched this stock greatly for years and understand the NAV is in the multi billions

1. The sellers are out, many sold this month meaning they can't hold down the price

2. The developments coming in this week are more substantial than what caused the 400-500% rise earlier in the year

3. The company is well funded now when it wasn't back then

4. The projects are world class

5. Dual listing 90% complete - should be 100% this week

6. Platinum and Palladium prices a lot higher and trending up

7. EUA is a stategic asset for the West as much as it is for the East and I would anticipate a huge minerals deal between both sides

These are just 7 favourable changes that have occured since the 400-500% move earlier this year.

So anyone thinking this might just shift 50-100% from here with what's happening in the geopolitical space needs a rian check.

The NPV is in the multi-billions, the cap is just £150m.

This is due a very sharp correction.

I also expect a bid to come in shortly before the mcap balloons to £1bil again.
