I would add Beretta that a lot of individuals who 'felt' they were close to Amit or felt special because he spoke to them directly contributed to more people giving him cash AND delaying of any potential legal processes. When he raised funds for the fraudulent IPO that didn't happen that was a good point to go legal but many shareholders worked hard to prevent it. So actually they should take some accountability.

Beretta, a con person has no bounds to their greed or who they will screw over. More money is more money and he feels untouchable. He has been allowed to get away with it for years and years so no reason for him to be scared, and he's had massive help from shareholders doing work for him - Chorna / Chandra / Kev / Whispering etc
