Focus should be on 130 countries, and whilst it is nice to have home market contracts, if we are disappointed no matter, there are 129 others.

The government takes a risk by contracting for tests purchased on what the manufacturer claims, not the result of an independent test.
So surely by now the government have a clause that states the contract is null and void if subsequent independent tests prove the test or equipment is not suitable for purpose, or performance is inferior to contract.

After all the government has a budget to keep to, or is Richi the living embodiment of a money tree?
- or a money forest as Boris once spoke of.

I can't believe the Govnt does not have regular contact with AVCT, and knows the latest timescale for the LFT.
If the Govnt can act quickly to sign contracts with suppliers, expect the same when LFT availability is imminent.

Why embarrass the presidency by doing such a thing again.

Just make it worthwhile (tax breaks / other incentives) for a large US pharma to take out SNG and proclaim to the electorate 'America First - just like I told you 4 years ago'.

I'm not saying it will happen, but who knows if Trump is capable of such a deed during a re-election race.

I haven't got anything in mind in terms of company value, but it might help to list the criteria that defines what the company has to offer a potential purchaser, only then can anybody start to put values against each entry in the list.

FDA/EUA granted
Distribution partnership announcement.
Phase 3 trial required or not

There is the possibility of a joint venture, particularly as distribution is something SNG admit they cannot do alone.

Further trial to follow if it is agreed that heart function might be safeguarded through early intervention.

Heart function reduction can only be measured if heart function is measured ASAP after Covid-19 diagnosis, and again after an agreed number of days has passed.

This can't really be added to the ongoing SNG001 phase 2 'at home trial', but that is what needs to happen to understand early intervention heart function benefits to those recently diagnosed.

As I say, if there is anything in this we should be hearing from the company, because it may have a bearing on the value of Interferon Beta 1a, and thus the company.

SNG001 has been in phase 2 trial to see how it improves patient lung function.

Its time to get excited folks about the possibility that the early intervention use of Covid-19 (on a positive Covid-19 diagnosis) leads to minimised heart damage.

There needs to be a clear link to heart damage minimisation with early use of SNG001 - to be done via further trials, - and there won't be any further discussion about whether it is safe to approve Interferon beta 1a (using a nebuliser) without a phase 3 trial, because minimisation of heart damage, and lung function improvement should be speaking volumes to regulators.

I said have emailed Tom Wilkinson, SNG001 Study Principal Investigator with this link.
If he agrees there may be benefit SNG001 provides to address the risk of heart damage, then we should be hearing something from the company on the subject in short order, but I expect Tom knows about this study anyway.

I think it rather makes the case that the daily dose of interferon beta-1a as delivered by nebuliser, has been particularly well judged by the trial team, if the side effects of injectable interferon are as bad as reported, and the efficacy of SNG001 as reported from the phase 2 trial are so good.

Have sent the below link to Tom Wilkinson, SNG001 Study Principal Investigator, on the off chance he is not aware of this studies findings.

With the possibility that heart function might be saved from damage by early intervention of SNG001 at point of Covid-19 diagnosis, this adds a completely different non-respiratory benefit in combatting the debilitating effects of Covid-19.

I trust he will share with other SNG leaders.

"The first new study investigated 100 recovered COVID-19 patients (median age of 49 years old), an average of 71 days after initial diagnosis. From the recent phase 2 trial, the 50 who received SNG001 might be tested for heart function versus the 47 using placebo, to identify if there is any MAJOR disparity in the heart function of both groups post recovery, (unfortunately there were three deaths among the placebo population).

If it becomes clear that SNG001 is responsible for safeguarding heart function in SNG001 users, that builds the case for early SNG001 intervention, (as soon as diagnosed), to assure heart function damage is minimised.

The results of the 'at home trial' population should be similarly examined.

I should say that I am invested in NCYT as well.
