Masterplan. You are right. Mouldy owns only 25 pct. The board won’t get rid of him. They’re either too spineless, or happy to take their salary and self preserve. It’s down to the shareholders. Difficult to organise.

It doesn’t happen in other companies. There, the chairman or other board members have morals and a conscience.

Mouldy is, obviously, to blame. But the rest of the board are absolutely culpable!

He lied and cheated and cost me a lot of money, when I was a shareholder. He rejected the Apollo bid, without letting shareholders vote. It wasn’t his company to decide. He sold the company and then continues to run it for himself, not the shareholders.

Navel. MM won’t sell. His other company needs the income. He won’t step aside. He won’t sell myprotein. He won’t buy THG, ingenuity won’t buy THG. He won’t get rid of the chairman. All for the obvious reasons that are mentioned in every post.

One of those two have to go, which isn’t going to happen. So, unfortunately, city iis will continue to avoid this company, shareholders will continue to sell, sp will continue to drift lower. Proper investors will continue to avoid this company. The only buyers will be small private investors looking for a bounce. I know who will be proven right in the long run.

Not sure why everyone is so angry at Mouldy. Admittedly he’s taking money out of shareholder’s pockets to support his “other” business. But he’s doing it in plain sight, and not really pretending that he isn’t. No one is talking about the chairman. Lord Allen. It’s his job to look after the interests of shareholders. He’s being paid to do that. It is fair to say he’s not doing his job. I really think he is the one people should be angry towards.
