OSG, youre right, but I think we're 5 years away from your scenario.

MM will make Ingenuity as successfull as possible (at the expense of remainco), float it, probably on Nasdaq.

Then, and only then, will he start to make remainco profitable. But he will either take it private at that stage, at a giveaway price, or invest heavily, thus diluting long term holders.

Either way, he wins big (as Trump would say) and shareholders lose.

To blindly expect Mouldy and his crew to suddenly do the decent thing, and suddenly put shareholders interests first, after years of doing the precise opposite, is misleading.

APN makes a profit. THG will never make a profit. (For all previous stated reasons).

The two companies are not comparable. (Other than both being in nutrition).

It is pointless to keep looking at their relative sales and getting irate. One is not comparing like for like.

Most investors here are waiting for a recovery in share price, so they can sell. Most APN investors think the company will grow profits and sp.

I think most people are starting to wake up to the very real, very large and obvious sign that any potential profits will be syphoned out of THG and injected into Ingenuity!
