You read it correct. However work out the economics of the deal and how long and how much it would take us in dollars to get there you will see it to be a good deal.

While I get the feeling the company have a plan for the cash that we aren't privy to yet, I am frustrated with the share price. An update to lay out the plans for future would go a long way and could be done without breaking confidentiality agreements by being non specific but more generalised.

Exactly this! As mentioned yesterday we are only just about broke even from our expenditure for the first two wells. To continually invest then take 6 months to recoup the spend is a drawn out process. The deal allows us to jump ahead in revenue terms right now with cash in bank and future income guaranteed! The market will wake up to this especially if we get news regarding where this money is being reinvested

You only need to look at the BoD for both! Can't get better clowns than them and watch them do their disappearing act when the company goes bust!

Patch everyone has already lost money here. Nobody wins but the company, until they go bump that is, but even then the BoD walks away loaded. Nothing I do or say can make this shitshow worse, they do that all by themselves. The company is a joke. I'm here to laugh at them!
