Genuine question patch, what will be the RNS that makes you sell? SG quitting? Poor consolidation offer? Company no longer focusing on Indonesia or any of the carrots on the stick so far? Surely if they consolidate, then all corsair leave, new BoD new vision etc, it's not the same company. Will you still be here? If so kind of means you are only here because you are so far underwater that you can't leave, not that you believe the company as if you did you would leave when that company and that business model is no longer around? I listed the pitfalls and stated the plus points going forward. No negative twist at all, more down the middle than most here seem to appreciate. Yes there was a balls up as the regulator suspended the share where the nomad hadn't considered the acquisition to be enough to change the business. The thing here is for there to be no raise bit cash from warrants and good news on projects. That will see a good return to market. The pitfalls i laid out would see a poor one. Negative my arse.. You can put a post out that isn't sucking the company off and still be positive!

Well just had chance to listen to the podcast. First thing I am glad that CP admitted it was the regulator that suspended the share and not his plan like some were saying on here. I said, as did others it was NOT CP plan to suspend, but a balls up somewhere. Seems the Regulator did some digging and then ordered it. Maybe some of the resident no substance rampers will wind their necks in next time someone states something they cant get their heads round? Curious why they didnt deem it an RTO but went for the fundamental business change.... Also glad CP stated still bound by rules and need to RNS anything price sensitive REGARDLESS if suspended. Seem to recall trying to get that across to this BB also... So Finance - seems to say no need for a raise due to money in the bank being sufficient - likely the case for day to day operations, but with the admission being around �500k likely will need to get more cash, but if they can call in those warrants and not need to go to market for placing then that bodes very well for the return to trading. As CP mentioned any placing is harder when suspended - and read heavier discounted there - then using those warrant that are there anyhow are the best way forward for holders. Curious as to who he was referring to for Strategic Investor though and if they get a bif TR1 holder then that will also be a boon for the SP on relist. 20k users of goldbloc = 2million earnings he said. (20% of 10M) Again if they can show they are on target for that then that will help. It was good to hear him say about getting the gold for goldbloc from the market but planning to supply in house too - should put to bed that nonsense bandied about no gold = no goldbloc - it was clear they could buy it from the market tbf! Main risks now are that the Finland venture is a dud, Goldbloc a flop and lack of warrant exercise/big discount placing. Avoiding those things and we should see a decent return to market. Word of advice though - never ever 100% trust the words of a CEO - especially on AIM! Let the RNS do the talking! It's irrelevant if we are suspended or not! Any news that is not public knowledge that could be *deemed* price sensitive would need to be RNSd to be discussed. We are suspended not delisted and still bound by AIM rules. Hoping CP slips up is asking him to break rules and can lead to trouble with regulators, not what we need! It's clear the niavity of people here and frankly it's worrying.

A placing can be done much quicker than 6 months! A couple of weeks you can pull a placing off..... It's not the placing that will take up time but all the legal/regulatory/beureucratic paperwork and sign offs etc

I have to say that a lot of those on that list are just crypto start-ups trying to cash in on the boom of bitcoin. Goldbloc isn't a crypto currency that needs to be sold/bought on an exchange. None of those have the ability to use debit cards etc. So while similar are not the same.
