Thanks for the update Looed, so it is definitive according to the inability to realise the outstanding award , being what appears the only prospect of revival , that the HCO is to be liquidated with no settlement of the creditors and jol obligations. Additionally any realisation of asset value for shareholders as a result of wider revival efforts is equally finally dead. As always many thanks for all your efforts over the years to keep the dream alive B20

Thanks Looed, could I please ask is the jol publication essentially the final report. I assume the silence from the jol indicates that the administrative process has been the cause of the delay ie. The final court judgement will equally be published in a similar timeframe. Thanks

Hi Looed thanks for that, I was not aware on that particular in respect of the VN case. Irrespective of the communicated lack of jol funding shortfall last year they have continued to support the efforts to progress efforts as discussed to recapitalise through a form of resolution. As the process is now complete and the jol wound down it would suggest that all obligations have been met, be that in whatever structure that might suggest. As yet we do not know the final outcome, but I expect we will in the near future , good or bad. I am realistic in my expectation but greatly appreciate the efforts over the last 10 years and why Frontera has survived to this point gla B20

Clearly the strategic courses of action are complete, and waiting rubber stamping, with all outstanding issues resolved. I assume looed you are referring these events as being relevant to the cases particularly the VN case. The JOL final submission to the court has been made and the court ruling on the administrative process is procedural subject to any disruption, given the JOL have wound up their operations it suggests all outstanding requirements have been completed, and given the timeframes, a verdict/publication is reasonably expected before recess. Until the process is completed the status remains indeterminable as there are many complex pieces to the eventual puzzle B20

That aside I cannot see this having any impact on the events taking place in the Cayman events as that is solely FRC related. Thanks again for your in-depth insight B20

What strikes me in the petition rhetoric is it is in essence based on emotive opinion, which at times is contradicting. For example the daughter claims to have cared for the mother for 18 years, but in the mothers hour of need Crissy moves away to Tennessee, yet suggests Steve who took care of his mother incarcerated her and ‘confiscated her phone so she could not contact Crissy’. What stands out for me is Crissy did not contact Tassie for two years to enquire if her elderly mother was alive and well. And the reason was she could not contact her….It reads like a novel, not a founded litigation.

What intrigues me more is the relevance to the imminent court judgement in relation to the FRC case. It is clear though Steve and the trustees as legally appointed found just cause in funding FRR through loan notes, but to what end. We will know soon enough if indeed the Trust will benefit from those actions B20

I will also be waiting for the judgement in the necessary regulatory procedures in the Cayman to implement the final proposals presented. Whatever the outcome we will know in the due course

I too believe in the sincerity and dedication having been required by all the stakeholders involved to manage what has and is transpiring. Thanks for the clarification Looed, I understand the implication of restructuring in a liquidation period. I was referring to the period before liquidation. Whatever the circumstances as to the status of FRR US and any developments good or bad I am sure we will informed when the procedures are completed many thanks for all your hard work over the years b2o

The transfer of shares inter group companies is a common practice applied in restructures. I recall the Deloitte report has a section on the register. There are regulations pertaining to this process however for private limited companies the process is less onerous I believe
