Something going on, seeing a 1Mio+ Share buy orders above 9p

I read it as we have no problem until end of year, and its clear that something has to and will be done in the next weeks within this year that should mitigate the whole "Going Concern - Material Uncertainty" situation. If liquidity is an issue I assume they can sell at least the GreenX claim for short term liquidity injection.

They’ve formally postponed under AIM disclosure — if there were solvency issues, they’d need an RNS.

The strategic review could easily mean an asset sale or corporate deal. Let’s see what drops around 4 Nov when they publish the new AGM notice. That’ll tell us if this is smoke or fire.

More likely there will be some kind of asset deal thats in discussion already. But maybe we know more on 4t Nov

Yep, but thats the past as you mentioned. Now its hands-on and CEO come back into daily business and into checking cases personally. Also we gotta wait for the outcome of the strategic review to show where the road leads in the future. I can see the outcome range from management buyout to takeover, many possibilities. Management also waiting for this to finish therefore no insider buys so far as it would make no sense until strategic review is done. Anyway It should not be too long before they come with results, I think definately within this year but I assume sooner withing weeks.

I dont believe it will be a total loss, thats only a low probability in my opinion. I guess they could even sell the claim to GreenX payment or other transactions to bring in quick cash if needed. But I dont believe it will be needed.

True, the recent run of bad outcomes shook trust, but if they can demonstrate a solid roadmap for the future, sentiment could swing fast. The underlying portfolio still has significant optionality.

Yep, accumulation until the decision for the future(strategic assessment with external party) will come out via RNS. I believe if its not a Management Buyout or Takeover but they want to play the portfolio out(run-off scenario), then we should also see insider buys. But I think could also be that we sell off part of the portfolio for quick cash to ease the debt pain. Many possibilities. I believe any decision will be for sure within weeks and still this Year. (as end of year is also the guaranteed timeframe from the lender) What do you guys think?

Finally moving above 5p slowly, but one institution is reducing their holdings slightly which seems very odd at this point in time.
