Blencowe Resources: Aspiring to become one of the largest graphite producers in the world. Watch the video here.
Gambier, I have registered with Capita Share Portal. The shares show as 10p, unsure if this means any have been recently sold at that amount or not. Have you tried to sell your holding?
I'm waiting for my share certificate from Hargreaves Lansdown. Have the forms from Capita ready, however as others have said, still debating whether to hold off until oil price rises or not.
Have you given them a price you would be willing to sell at eyesblue? Or are you holding off until the price of oil rises?
http://www.ruspetro.com/en/matched-bargain-service.php Has anyone traded this way before? Am I correct in thinking you can inform Capita of the price you wish to sell, then if/when a buyer is available they will contact you to complete the trade? Or is that to simple?
Has anyone been in touch with or heard from Capita? I assume any of us holding shares outside of capita, first need to set up an account with capita and then transfer them over.
That is also how I read it, just need to set up an account with capita and inform them of my holdings. I'm happy to sit on them for a year plus. Things will turn should they get 10000 bpd, as to how long that will take, only time will tell. GLA!
Matched Bargaining Facility If anyone finds out what someone is currently willing to buy for, we should post here. Not sure how we'll know when the big investors what to increase their shares.
Don't forget, thanks to oneandonly1, we can use the following board to continue minority shareholder chat... http://www.lse.co.uk/SharePrice.asp?shareprice=0MQ9
how many do you hold pumpky?
Great idea having a different board. I was looking at 20p also, providing there is no compulsory sale, willing to hold on for a couple of years.
I was thinking more like 20 pence, probably wishful thinking. GLA!
oneandonly Where can you see the 2m @ 1.1?
I'll also be very happy to find you have been talking nonsense.
Looks like we may hear more following Mondays meeting... Ruspetro (re de-listing)
Looks like everyone involved are now happy to hold.
I'm holding too. No chance of selling while it is this low. Looks like I'll be keeping them when the company goes limited, unless the sp significantly rises. Don't understand the £4.51 sell this morning, someone need lunch money?
I have. Probably the reason the price is staying low is because of the following from message I received... "If you wish to maintain your holding you need take no action. You should note that following the cancellation there will be no public market or trading facility on any recognised investment exchange for the Company’s Ordinary Shares and as such you may have difficulty selling this investment at a reasonable price and, in some circumstances, it may be impossible to sell it at any price."
If small investors don't sell before the delisting? Will they get shares in limited company? If not, how can the say in their Notice of AGM... "the Board believes that the Proposals are in the best interests of the Shareholders and the Company." How is it in best interest of Shareholders that their shares are removed?
That song was used by "New Labour" and look at how that turned out. :-/ Should hear some news soon surely.
