I don't have any respect or sympathy for the BOD/ works of this company they have been what many believe to see all over the place with things, very disappointing

Well 3 weeks isn't long and if it does suspend or delist i would just kiss your money good buy because you will get nothing, if feel sorry for the ones who have just taken place in that offering!!!.

So Fun young is trying to list to raise again so he can then have his lifestyle funded again, what happened to his sandpit company that was fun!!. Should put him and MTV supremo in a room and sink it and thats the least that should happen for all the misery they have coursed to investors. I have said it for years now that Directors should hold at least 20-30% of a stock before it can list and should remain like that through out trading so if they fall or if its clear its a bucket shop then they loose not just the investors!.

Ive had there complaints team on and offer me �250 compensation so I've told them noway!!!!

Im so glad i never participated in there offering as those that have are still up paddle creek as they remain suspended, from my understanding, this only last for 12months and then they become delisted i could be wrong!.

IG will recognise the certs but only when they receive them and confirmation has been received that they are intending to start trading on such a date. I spoke to SB this morning he is in the middle of sorting out the certs which will bypass barx completely. SO its awaiting game I'm afraid. As for listing it will happen but when i don't know, in still leaning to end of November- December hope I'm wrong.

All my stocks have now been transfered to IG apart from CI ones!. Progress finally!!.

If it drops i might jump in, if the upside is �1 plus still worth a go. Im just waiting on Funding partner news on NCCL which is due anytime. IOTA are apparently releasing news tomorrow so that could be a good for IOTA and blue with Satoshipay.

I believe there was some sort of delay wether thats something to do with brokers or not I'm not sure so theres 4 weeks gone, then 14 days to list we wait and see so that will take us in to December. Like I've said i hope I'm wrong and the motions are done a lot quicker by all parties and we list October early November just can't see it at the mo.

I spoke to him and he�s fed up of Barx, he advised me that they will be issuing the certs direct with no cost to us holders. He said we would just send them to our broker to list in to our accounts. I don�t know where the scar mungering has come from regarding fees and charges he�s but he�s not said any of that.

Think Barx customers may see there cicc certs issued direct and cut Barx out completely they are a joke!!

Im not sure about this my stuff i have with barx maybe slightly different. Im dealing with operations manager called Tony. I have also advised them that i was misadvised on the 27th of June when they advised me that they will transfer my stock with in 4 weeks. I have advised them that my compensation will be �150 pw for every week its gone over the initial 4 weeks. I have also had information basically outlining in emails of the lies they have stated which has seem to get them off there arse and put in to gear. no all my stuff have been transferred yet I'm still waiting for more which I'm hoping will be done this week. Regarding CIC Group from my understanding Barx are preparing to issue the new certs that SB has issued them so we must be close. When i speak to Barx i don't speak to anyone else but this one manager as i feel this will just course more confusion.

There is no fee, nearly all my stocks now have been transferred to IG. Just waiting on Barx coming back to me this morning over the new certificates issued to them by SB

Im sorry but that was pathetic attempt at an RNS, when are they going to re-list!!!! they want to cut over heads sack all the bod and bring in Leo Koots he's a man that can get the job done!!!!! So they do a public offering but then shares are still suspended, my understanding they have to come back to market because if they don't that won't sit well with FCA!!.

Had barx phone me earlier, they have been in touch with Stuart apparently about reissuing the certs within the next 10days or so. I think we are now gearing up for listings. I noticed someone posted about Gold update, i doubt there will be any type of progress there as there BOD would then have to alter the prospective wouldn't they? which would then put another delay on listing. Listing of other IPO's if the model is in place then i would of thought the group will follow that in order to get the rest listed within/ every 12 weeks coin forward!!
