Asked for compensation of barx and ill be banging on at them till i get it. as for CIC I'm wondering if we get no joy with barx is we can bypass them?? SB has a shareholders list with amounts.

Ive just got off the phone with Barx again not just for the CIC ones but also asking the question why my other stocks haven't been transferred and the answer is they can't answer the question unbelievable at this rate the companies will list and we will be high and dry for at least 3 weeks after they've listed.

Can't get my head round it either plus they've still not bother to come back to me all very odd!!!

Well I've not received my Barx call today so I'm really not sure what's going on now. It's seems this Hamilton lady is the one who's not playing ball!.

Ok Boys & Girl's Ive just received a call from Stuart. it seems the likes of Barx have done nothing but lied to us all. Stuart sent over the new line of Stock in digital format on the 13th June 2017 to all brokers not just barx!!!! He been dealing with a lady called Pauline Hamilton- Assistant Vice President of Asset Servicing. Stuart has kindly supplied me with the email correspondence to them all. I would suggest that you get on to your brokers and blow a fuse!!!!!

No not yet he's done that before but has phoned up and apologied, been travelling. That's all I no!!!

i think everyone is in the same boat mate. Have a good weekend all maybe the next 3 weeks might give something!!

Ok I'm completely frustrated now!. Lady called Susan from Barx has come back to me she has advised me that they have had no new line of stock issues from the company and until theI receive that they can't do the transfer!. She has said she will ring SB again to chase this up. She has also advised me that this could be due to regulatory reasons why the new lines of stock aren't coming through. I have rang SB and left a message. I except he is very busy and all over the world so I'll give grace on that and ring again on Monday. One step forward and 2 back!. We will get there. Why go to all this trouble if nothing materialises.

I think we are at the stage of final hurdles now but hey who knows, I must say that Barx haven't come back to me. So on that front I'm completely confused. I was advised 5 weeks ago new lines of stock was sent to the brokers, IG have advised me they can't do anything as barclays haven't given then a valuation fee the my stock transfers so they can't do anything. Then Barx tells me they can't do that as they are waiting for new line of stock from the company!!!.

There were issues I believe going to to clients accounts. I didn't like it so I thought IG was fine!.

I avoided them i didn't like what i was reading on the reviews with them. Last week i spoke to IG they said they were already to rock & roll but they couldn't do anything as they haven't had the valuations back from barclays. Rang Barclays they advised me first they hadnt received anything from IG, on the 2nd call they then said they had. On Thursday Barclays said they hadn't received a new line of stock. As previously stated i was told weeks ago that all brokers had received this so i don't really know whats going on. guess its wait and see really.

The thing is I was told 5 weeks ago the stocks were alsorted with the brokers so I don't know what's going on!!.

I'm now being told they haven't received the new line of stocks from the group so they can't do anything!!!!

Ok herd back its frustrating and I've now asked for compensation. They are ringing me back as they don't know why it's taking so long. IG Trading have advised me that thy requested a valuation report and they've still not received it!!!! I wouldn't sell SB will pull the rabbit out of the hat!!

Thats the problem with that one stock that shows your holding but lays dormant you can't close the account so i don't know what happens to that if and when they switch to this smart investor platform. If that dormant stock i.e seychelles ipo's in to something in the future i don't know how that is dealt with in the future. They are charging £4 pm for this new platform. If theres no value against it or stock then I'm not sure. Barclays said they will ring me in an hour.
