It was just a thought that as regards to paying them both off and getting rid of them as we all want.its prob got much more complicated than that now.incidentally I’m sure that every move Zaza makes as far as legal matters are concerned is carefully thought out and will almost certainly with legal advice.

It may not be a simple and straight forward case of just paying them both off now,as we (Frr) May also be seeking damages.so who knows how that will play out.will they end up paying us?

Great observation there KM and I know that there’s many of us chomping at the bit here for this all to finally happen and fall into place.but as you say it needs the time that it needs to get a deal done.i for one totally believe that Zaza and the team will make it happen.would be great to see you post here a bit more often.thanks again for your insight.ATB

Would just like to add my thanks to mole for his very insightful and informative overview of what we as a company have had to deal with over the years.and yet we are still here and retain 100% of block 12.I think that speaks volumes about where Zaza is taking us.I and many others very much appreciate your views and insight on this board mole,it really does help to fill in the gaps.(in my knowledge).as a company we have never been in such an exciting position and I am very much looking forward to the coming weeks and months to see how this evolves.also appreciate some other peoples input and I seem to have followed doggy’s book to the letter often!🤣.i believe Zaza will cut us the best deal he can.best of luck to us all.

I think Zaza is a shrewd businessman chris and he won’t just except any old offer.i think he will hold out for the best deal that he feels is fair value.in doing so I expect that would be great news for us.just my view

Hi folks pretty Grimm for us all at the moment but trying to stay focused on the big picture that to me still looks very good.(remember,we have still had no bad news!).just a thought.although I have tried to look,does anyone know how to check and see on google if our unknown entity/institution still holds the same amount of shares,or has it changed?last we saw it was around 600M.appreciate any help.thanks.
