See US stocks. They offer minimal dividends, but much better growth because they are able to retain earnings (better balance sheet), reduce debt (ditto), re-invest (future growth and innovation), buy back shares etc.

You seem to be placing far too high a value on big dividends. Depends how old you are I suppose.

Yes, much better to invest in TUI and receive NO dividends at all.

This is why I invest in TUI, because they pay no dividends. The moment they declare dividends, I shall sell the lot, because no dividend is better than a small dividend!

SK, by that logic pension funds and other II's have EVEN LESS incentive to hold onto TUI shares because divis are not even on the horizon, unlike with EZJ where we know divis are coming. I am invested in TUI also, I am just exposing your bizarre logic that there is somehow less incentive to hold EZJ shares compared to TUI, which is nonsense.

Look at TUI. They are not paying and divis at present and are not being sold off like ezj.

Agreed, this company has been posting loss after loss with no sight of profitability in sight.

Its not going to end well. A company that does not make profits is unsustainable in the long term.

VOD could easily hit a £1 by christmas. I am not saying it will, but I cannot say why it could not. The SP is so bombed out, it does not reflect VOD's fundamentals at all.

I too am disappointed, but clearly the market us made by all of us, and the II's, and no one else.

Clearly the institutions are selling because they are not as upbeat as us PI's with our rose tinted glasses on thinking that our babies should fly because we picked them. It is us PI's who dont see the logic because of our misplaced loyalty to shares we bought.
