I dont know how many more times that we need to tell people but I think that if you dont even know what an Uncrossed trade is ie the 405m sell which sometimes appears in the sell column and sometimes the buy then you shouldn't be investing as you will lose money
Look it up on wikipedia it is meaningless

I think that the only difference is that this form relates to shares by the party involved in the offer
The other forms are notifications of positions above 1% by the likes of Goldman Barclay etc

The debt I refer to is already there before we take on anymore to build Baimskaya
Appreciate that a small part of the current debt is being used for work in progress and feasibility study etc but some is tte Pxf which was deferred from this year in a recent Rns
Knowing this company they will give the mine away to him and possibly a few million as like they did last time

I think that is a lesson many of us can learn from if you borrow money you dont have things can go horribly wrong

Sorry should be 2024 and then deferred till 2025 (typing on a tablet)

I have looked at the presentation and the debt repayments do seem alot over the next few years especially from 2022 onwards where it goes to 550 to 600m and then a staggering 900m in 2025 albeit thus can be deferred till 2025

Why do you mention Poly Peck that was about 30 yrs ago perhaps it's because it was possibly the last one on the FTSE to go under,most people here cant remember or weren't even born

What I was trying to infer was why should the 3 directors sell 20% of the company all at the same time .Just doesnt feel right

Say no more you are only looking at the share price try and look at the bigger picture of why and how all done without the companies knowledge
