I have had correspondence with jones and Diego, all I can say is that they are trying to resolve the situation. One thing I can say Maxo is Courtney trusted Diego and Doug, the other guys he never knew.

No problem Kenj, I like everyone else have an opinion I'm not saying I'm right, like Maxo, you, ibi,stew we all have opinions here, because none of us know exactly what is going on. I was only telling you all my OPINION on Doug after my call back in September, just like other posters here do with there opinion.

How can I answer that question, I don't know what happens in board meetings or management discussions on this issue. As stated before we all have OPINIONS on here none of us really know what is happening nor should we when it comes to company governance. I contacted Doug long before the Egm to see what the hell was going, he as a board member could only tell a me certain things, he stated he cannot answer certain questions which is understandable. Maxo yes I was seed investor in 2007 before mirl even floated on Aim.

Anyone can tell you after the story ends..!!!! I am presuming that is directed at me. I don't take things like that as insult as you did earlier in a post. My view is know one really knows what is going on and nor should they, we all have OPINIONS on here and I agree with desperado most posts are purely speculation not fact, my opinion is ibiwaiting definitely has info and so wants to say it out aloud but keeps throwing us hints, maxo drill ibi for info, he or she Obviously is connected somewhere, purely speculation on my behalf but if correct should keep there gob shut until all is sorted. One thing maxo I said earlier Doug jones will do everything to make this work, why the hell would he want it to fail? He has worked with Courtney for 40 years and has been a respected board member here and on other boards for the same period, because none of us knows the exact details of board meetings nor should we.
