Gino post revisited8 Apr 2022 15:19
Hope you don’t mind a repost of this Gino from 2021.
Also note Zinc / lead now considerably higher and the market cap is now majorly lower at £2.5M
My quick calculations:
"5.1MT Resource 8% Zinc - 2.5% Lead
Our 24% = 100kT Zn & 30kT Pb
Zn $2800 p/T = $280M or £205M
Pb $2000 p/T = $60M or £45M
Estimate 80% Recovery = £200M
Minus 30% costs = £140M"
Actual Values:
5.1MT = 8.7% Zinc (440kT) & 2.6% Lead (133kT)
Our 23.44% = Zinc 103.1kT & Lead 31.2kT
88% Zinc Recovery = 90.73kT
80% Lead Recovery = 24.96kT
* Updated for todays metal prices*
Zn $2700 p/T = c$245M
Pb $2000 p/T = c$50M
Say c$295M
Processing cost of US$21.25/t
Mining cost of US$46.50/t
1.195MT (23.44% of 5.1MT) pay material
Multiplied by $67.75 p/T combined costs
= c$80M
So....$295M - $80 = c$215M (£157M)
Irish corporate tax is 25% of the £157M = £118M clear profit.
Not too far away, but the question is, how much will sell £120M net profit for...... Is say £30M isnt asking too much really.
We have a £6M MCap hahahahaha
Can you imagine if this inferred resource, is upgraded in the expected drill results RNS, this month....... WOW!!!!!!!
