RE: Want some of your investing back?3 Oct 2025 19:25
TS what other options do we have ? They are all dodgy but it’s his way or shut up shop ? That’s how I see it. We have all been victim here investing in lies and deception.
A person is guilty of fraud by false representation if they:
1. Make a false representation (something untrue or misleading),
2. Know that the representation is, or might be, untrue or misleading, and
3. Act dishonestly with the intent:
• to make a gain for themselves or another, or
• to cause loss to another, or expose another to risk of loss.
Fraud Act 2006 → fraud by false representation applies if someone lies about share value or investment potential.
• Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA) → prohibits misleading statements and market abuse.
• Criminal Justice Act 1993 → criminalises insider dealing.
• Regulators like the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) enforce these rules.
Where’s the investigation then ? Why have we not been contacted ? We need to know what’s going on so we can evaluate the best way to get some of our $ back.
