IG index are stopping people buying on margin i believe. This will force some to sell.
The shares will quickly find a stable position.

The Price action is puzzling.The fundamentals appear sound on a 2 to 5 year view for me .
I am sitting on big losses but intend to hold.

That is very helpful.It certainly pays to go against the crowd.The sp is now lower than before the drill results were announced and the first pour announcement and news of gdxj getting in.
Providing gold does not plunge on a12 month view appears to be good value at these levels.

A. Why would a major bid early so they can pick up the potential increase in resource cheaply.

I agree on the sentiments you have articulated regarding reasons to be positive on say a 12 /24 month view.Short term however Gold seems out of favour. I would have thought a major would love to take out Pur at this price

Fair comment on inflation
Would you not agree that the talking heads have been predicting a surge in the gold price for many years . Jim Sinclair in 2013 predicted 3500 dollars within 18 months.

The Talking heads predicted that inflation hyper inflation would kick off after money printing took place to deal with the 2008 crisis.This did not happen.
Now we have the same siren voices ..
Gold did not react as expected to the democrat victory with more stimulus on the way.Crypto did appear to react. i guess time will tell.Probably a good time to buy pur as everyone is now neagtive on the company.
