HardDown, You are not far out. If you look at the Telegraph's interview with an Afghan interpreter who states that "Alot of these so called British employed interpreters who had their identity breached only worked for the Army for a couple of days, thus qualifying for Asylum clearance.
As a result, one man alone brought over his number one wife and nine children and is awaiting the arrival of wife number two and her flock, and is already 'demanding a house big enough for them all."
He also remarked that "the majority are economic migrants and the fear from the Taliban is backed up with fake photographs of attacks and letters."
Some of the ones living here are even going back to Afghanistan via Iran for a holiday.
Of course, they don't need to be looking for work here as the local Councils and the DWP are busily sorting out Benefits and housing for the poor souls.
