I don't think we should be concerned about the SP re-trace from the mid 20s. Remember we were at 4p just a couple of weeks ago. This is a great level from which the nest step up can occur when the next wave of news comes. That could well see us firmly into the 30s.

Before the year end I think we will see progress re EV charging with more detail around the business model, and quite possibly some early orders.

However I think there may well be some news of partnerships and licensing re Alkamem. Just a small bite into that $1Bn market will validate the concept and support a significant SP rise.

May I hence ask you:

1. Do you see any value in Alkamem? Do you think my comments re near term value attributable to Alkamem realistic
2. Do you accept that AFC may well receive orders for off grid EV charging....their target market. If so what value do you attribute to that
3. Do you accept De Nora's assessment of the AFC fuel cell as world class. If so do you agree that the fuel cell market is expanding....many external research reports and commentators say so. And if so what value do you then place on AFC?
4. Do you accept that AFC have funding options in place already..the Thalion facility?

I can fully accept people's concerns re AFC....but these have been massively de-risked. Could you give us a more holisitic review and perhaps a more balanced review. This will make you seem less like a paid deramper and more like a board contributor.

Finally, are you invested? If not why do you put so much time into the board. I'm sure it is not simply philanthropy on your part

I can vouch for that. BB has been here for as long as I have been invested and his probity is of the highest order.

I agree M3aggiesdad. However I don't think that will happen until we have embedded commerciality ie have orders being placed regularly, and a MCap well above where we are. £200m would be about right.

I won't be taking profit on any of mine. If this company does what it says today's SP will be a fraction of that in 2 years. Alkamem alone could do it. An innovative and superior product in a one billion dollar (and growing) market place with lots of further additional applications. If AFC got 10% of that market and is licensing the technology that will be significant. Let's say a profit of 20% of turnover (likely to be far higher) that's £20m (Switched to pounds for ease) a year. On a very unremarkable PE of 20 for a growth tech company that gives a MCap and £400m. That's almost a pound a share just for Alkamem on these conservative figures and with a growing market.
Now start to think about the fuel cells themselves. Especially the S version.
This is a potential billion pound company in the next few years.

I can't believe it either BristolDan. That's because I think your numbers are wrong. For buy and sell trades to total £1.6bn for a company that has a MCap of £100m every share in the company would have to be traded 16 times. That's 7.2 billion trades. And of course for most of November the M Cap has been well below £100m.

7.2 billion trades in 19 days is 378 million trades a day. If you use the average MCap figure you get over 800m trades a day.

This is clearly wrong by a couple of order of magnitude.

Might not some of those 1m buys be sells. The bid and offer were much higher earlier in the day and the trade price may be reflecting the bid price at that time.

Bumble B and I have not always agreed, but he is a star poster and always balanced and fair.

Hopefully. Our potential rivals or beats ITM and Ceres. Both have an MCap well above ours. If this is recognised larger players may well want in at this stage. Of course without orders it is all just speculation and potential supporting the SP, but my feeling is that the SP would not be over blown at this stage anywhere below 30-40p.
