Brixton - my 135p entry was what I thought to be 'full value' at that time, as Lloy was recovering from the banking crisis it didn't seem too unrealistic 5+ years ago, I've not changed my entry since taking on the admin of the competition as I enter just to take part (ie not to win),
Re my investment - without being specific, between the wife & I (Sipp's & ISA's) we have a very large holding by PI standards, I've not seen anyone on LSE say they have a larger holding

Are you struggling to pick a whole number LTI?
If you want to make it a half penny guess, but can only afford the £10, I'll happily chip in the extra £10 for you

I've often considered becoming a small Landlord - the more I hear about their easy lifestyle the more interesting it is becoming

Any advice from those already renting?
* time scale?
* top or bottom end of the market?
* number of properties?
* financing?

LTI -
I don't like the multi guess suggestion, could result in some eager posters trying to 'block grab' a whole SP range,
I consider 'half pence' and 'other fractions' options are already a bit of a cheeky entry - a poster sneaking in between 2x standard entries - I think they deserve to be at a premium

Marketing is always a balance between price, supply and demand (ask and landlord lol) - the donations are already at a token low level, are for a good charity, and many donors already give more than the suggested contribution

Where are all the 'Socialist Landlords' ???
