Not sure you get 1% more, maybe more compared to normal stockbroker buying?

They have just increased their charges - from 1/2% to 1% - maybe this is what you read?

Personally I don't begrudge bonus's to those who are working hard on my behalf
delivering near 10% returns (Divi + Buybacks)

I did try the other day Hooky, but I've not been able to find out detail of the 'deferred bonus scheme 2008' - it seems to have start in 2017 (Deferred) - linked to hitting profit targets I guess?

Anyone else have info?

There are likely to be around 750m shares issued during the course of this year -

At current SP it will cost a shade under £500m to buyback all those shares
(or to fund the bonus schemes if no shares were issued)
(because it makes no difference either way lol)
