Customers of Lloyds Bank, Halifax and Bank of Scotland are the first to see their savings accounts and credit cards in one place, thanks to open banking technology, reports Jane Connolly.

Users can now view all their accounts from the banking group in real-time alongside their current accounts, via their banking app.

As other financial organisations join the service, customers will also be able to view these accounts through other providers’ apps. Plus, they will have the ability to add accounts from other banks and payment service providers to their Lloyds Bank, Halifax and Bank of Scotland apps.

This weeks observation - on going Brexit uncertainty weigh on banks and the wider market as a whole,

Overall conclusion -
A very basic comparison that does no include divi yield, IMO those still suggesting Lloy is 'the worst share ever' or a 'dire share' seriously need to examine their concept of investing.

Because I've held so long and took full advantage of the scrip offers, I'm now in the fortunate position to be in profit James, my patients to wait for the divi to restart is now paying off handsomely and meeting my annual outgoings, and I'm absolutely convinced the buyback policy will also benefit me considerable in the long term, every single share hoovering up at NAV enriches my considerable holding

While I respect those who choose to trade I prefer to avoid the gamble and associated costs

Looking for a 25m+ share buyback today - bargain price ~NAV :-)
