Each company sale is individual to that company, as EUA have a number of potential bidders it will take as long as it takes, I personally believe the longer it takes means there are multiple discussions going on which is a massive positive .

All shareholders must remind themselves we are invested in the company and NOT the current share price.

Let's all remind ourselves what the BOD are trying to do, they are trying to put together a complex deal or deals in very challenging times for everyone connected, let's give them the time to do it, and not constantly say this should have concluded by now, as no one here now's precisely what is being negotiated.
