We were informed that the process is at the regulatory stage, therefore until the regulators assess and advise the BOD, we just have to wait. A general meeting at this time would achieve very little if any think in my opinion.

We are promised something in the new year, I am assuming that means by the 31/03/2021.

Share dilution, let's get this straight , there are only 7,741,935 shares to be issued, hardly a dilution in my mind.

The suspension date was 11th February 2020, a year this Thursday. Thursday's seem a popular day for RNS's, could it just be possible, or am I just wishfull thinking.

I do not really care if suzi8 and the other crackpots post tomorrow , because I have filtered them all. What I do care about , is for an emerging company who is trying to create new treatments that would help millions of people to succeed. I suppose trying to create something positive takes time and effort, where as being negative and distructive takes no effort at all.

I was just pointing out that the PR aspect of the business, is the weak link in their chain, and yes hopefully more RNS's will be issued in due course.

Vlad should stop tweeting and start issuing regular RNS's on timelines and progress, that would put an end to all this speculation on what the tweets refer to. He has the money to do so, he said so, The Eagle Has Landed.

The details of the prospectus are becoming clear now and they are better than we all thought, well except for suzi8 and the other NEGATIVE posters.

I was replying to your post, your logic is because previous RNS's have had a negiative impact on the share price then this one must also, no each RNS must be viewed separately based on the contents of the RNS, that is pure common sense.
