This Paul Jonson chap use to be Thor ceo so he has inside info about pilot. He says he wants to ipo pilot into its own vehicle. Interesting. He comes across as a genuine man no bs the kind of ceo Thor should have retained in my opinion.

Ganfeng China buying bacanora, partner in lithium Americans and partner in ffx Mali. Not relevant to thor one might think but it illustrates the lithium point. Same will happen to copper. Ganfeng is buying bacanora for 190 mil usd. Taking a bite on ffx at 130 mil. Given that they are raisins 600 mil to buy lithium assets kod is gonna be next in their radar if not sino offer to buy kod first. I do believe ffx and kod will merge in one way or another. Sino have been working in due diligence for nearly a year now. I think they will make an offer for jv or even take over kod. Otherwise why would they still be on site and ongoing negotiations. Just look at bacanora and gangfeng lithium China. First they bought 28% now they want the whole lot at a discount. Be prepared that’s all. Don’t think sino will be wasting their time this long, they just waiting for the mining licence. Time will tell. One thing is very likely to happen first thing tomorow is that a lot of people are going to buy into this given the beganning of tax year isa. Not log now. Tomorrow is the start of a long sprint. Kodal lithium and firefinch lithium divission are to be joint togather by a chinise co like sinohydro and funded to production as a joint venture. it is no coinnsidence the fact that lithium is being separated from gold. Eather way its a good deal for both entities. As we all know the chinese already tried to buy mali lithium some time ago. With lithium back in the spot light that interest has only got higher. kod is heading higher until some significant rns drops this week or early next week. News about a possible sinohydro kod deal could have been leaked. Also people that multibaged from prem sale are buying in here.

I think a suitable way can be found. Seriously though why would a multinational company like sinohidro with a turnover in tens of billions of dollars be involved with kodal market cap of 11 million ?! Something tells me kod and new firefinch will go into a joint venture of some sort. Especially bearing in mind mou between them a while back. the jigsaw puzzles are falling into place and soon i hope. Why have 2 explorers so near to each other when you can have i developer like sinohidro. they seem to know the African market quite well. For them this will be the right time to get into the lithium market. Also is the mining licence being delayed so 1 explosive rns can give us licence and sino deal togather.
