Kod is known for spikes when news is great, example mou with ffx to share infrastructure and material bulk cost etc it went up 80% in a day. Plus look at kod piers like bacanora bought out, ffx in jv, even cornish metals is doing well. Patience is needed here. The review of feasibility study timeframe of 6 month did not help the share price as a lot of people sold in the anticipation that they can get in near the end of that period. Now we know that it may take less then that. in the meantime anything can happen between now and then.

FFX resource is over 100 mil tones i believe. There is a high degree of possibility that the vein pegmatites do extend over to boguni west. Boguni west is right next to FFX goualamina prospect. Given that ffx have upgraded their resource why is not kodal concentrating on drilling and perhaps proving a new resource there? Twohits i get why you think that given that you sold out. If you want to find out about that have a quick look at the takeover code. You will find that it has to be no less than year high from the day the offer was made.

Sirius was hoping to mine fertiliser as opposed lithium. Even if kod gets a hostile offer it has to be same as year high share price which at 044 p is not a bad deal for vast majority of holders. For example ganfeng started at 30 % equity buy with bacanora then it got the rest 70%. Or the ffx deal next door at 50 % jv. Any of the above would cause the share price to spike massively, just a bit of patience needed.

I hear what you say about bacanora. First they bought 29 % , they now intend to take over. they have a stake in the thacker pass lithium americas i believe. Ganfeng likes to go in pair. I do belive they will do the same to ffx and consequently Kodal is in the fireing line. Its not a bad thing. with lithium spod prices as they are the future looks bright. Not to mention gold and how much bernard gets exited by it.
