The FCA in UK gave an update this morning. Davy also mentioned it in the morning update. The FCA's tone was reasonably positive. Hopefully BIRG's provision will be sufficient to deal with potential redress.

I see that the Ex Div date is 1st May, they will save serious funds, no div to be paid on shares already bought back and cancelled.

Can the funds saved be used to buy back additional shares prior to the end of the buy back period?
