We are just getting the pot ready to boil all the shorters alive

Fickle day trader. Shorting does nothing positive to the market other than to create a market for day traders to magnify falls. The fact that the price has bounced so sharply proves this since without the ability to short, Globo's price would not have moved so violently over the last few days.

In the same way that a lot of the views posted on here by shorters are worth any more than Jeremy Corbyn's view that labour will win the general election in 2020.

Well both of you obviously seem to think so by the amount and number of posts you both make on here to support the end of the world for Globo. You are both clearly day traders of some sort as are the rest of the negative posters that have come out of the woodwork on here over the last day or so that have several thousand posts to their name. I think Spikey is right in an earlier post that private investors and day traders have different agendas here. As a private investor, I am happy with my holding in Globo although the volatility of the share price over recent days, weeks and months really does little to inspire the confidence of private investors in placing trust in the mechanics of how the markets are policed and controlled.

The definition of manipulation on investopedia is a far more relevant read for some.

Free cash flow is nothing more than a term Jolly came up with to help deramp Globo's share price along with all the other shorters on here. It could also be used as a term to describe all the cash sitting in a shorter's wallet because whilst they like to use borrowing as a criticism of companies they are trying to deramp to help line their own pocket, it is of course morally and perfectly acceptable (in a shorter's mind at least) for a shorter to borrow to carry out their work.

Let's hope it is a bear trap. The bulls will then be waiving you goodbye as the trappers cart you off in the back of their van.

I guess if you are day trading then you are forced to follow whatever rubbish the herd are posting in the hope of making a quick buck. However, if you are day trading with your own money, then it is a mug's game imv if you are hoping to make a quick profit. You might as well go down Ladbrokes and stick a bet on the 3pm race at Kempton.

The fact that you both reacted so quickly to my post says it all really. You are all playing a game with this share and hate it when someone like me tries to upset your little apple cart of pumping out negative propaganda all the time. I quite enjoy playing noisy poker to be honest Spikey.....a lot more so than bridge which all the 90+ year old members seem to enjoy playing at my local golf club.

Well if you are not a shorter then be warned, there are quite a few shorters that like to come on here and post comments on a regular basis about why we should all sell our shares in Globo because the world is about to end. You will soon to see who the regular derampers are. However, if like me you believe this company is going to go places, then stick with it. You probably won't make a fortune overnight but it is definitely a great company to invest long in and park away for the time being until all the shorters move on.

I think you must have been p1ssed in London last night Spikey as your mind was playing tricks on you in terms of what you were seeing. Shorters don't spend their own money because they have got to preserve their FCF. Instead, they borrow other people's money to use as a tip but not before everyone else has bought them a drink. Worse still, they then come out with a load of gumpf as to why the bar everyone is drinking in is a load of rubbish.

In fact, it really would be a dull world indeed if we all took the view of a shorter and stopped spending cash. You have to spend it to earn it.

Well if shorters had their way, the bar would not even exist in the first place as nobody would be buying any drinks whatsoever.

but if Mr BB bought the bar, wouldn't that eat up all his FCF? I thought your recommendation to Mr BB would be to stick all that cash in a bank account earning zip all interest. In a world of hyperinflation, the cash sitting in the bank account would be worth less and less everyday.
