The minister said HSE was prioritising spot checks in the textile industry and "will take enforcement action to secure compliance" with coronavirus risk controls.
The HSE later said it had newer figures which showed 24 spot checks targeted at the textile industry and 34 visits in response to concerns raised by workers or members of the public.
Three of the nine enforcement notices were classified as Improvement Notices for failure to apply adequate Covid-19 controls under the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974.

Petra is owed $30m in VAT repayments from 2017 onwards and Barrick were fined for sneaking the cost of their Jet into their offset expenses among other things. .... Aminex announces that all parties to the previously announced Ruvuma farm-out agreement have agreed to an extension to the longstop date to 31 July 2019. The Company and ARA Petroleum Tanzania Limited ("APT") have made good progress on closing out the conditions precedent, including all joint venture partner approvals, and are actively engaged with the Government of Tanzania to close out the remaining conditions.

In march 2019 they had a year and a quarter to complete and said they had made good progress, now they have two weeks and say they are are feeling hopeful. Perhaps now they will march into that Tanzanian office with a briefcase full of dosh and Get AEXIT Done

Aminex announces that all parties to the previously announced Ruvuma farm-out agreement have agreed
to an extension to the longstop date to 31 July 2019. The Company and ARA Petroleum Tanzania Limited
(“APT”) have made good progress on closing out the conditions precedent, including all joint venture
partner approvals, and are actively engaged with the Government of Tanzania to close out the remaining
conditions.

The principal conditions still to be met are the extension of the Mtwara Licence and approval by the
Tanzanian Government of the transfer of the interest and operatorship.

Once this is pulled off. 1/4 of my investment is going into ZIOC for a similar outlook within 2 years.

Just giving reasons why people are selling - If I had 32m shares and read what Motley says I’d sell a few more than 1m and so would most. I’m waiting for the bigger drop to buy again but I doubt my little post of genuine advice is going to alter anything so don’t worry.

Motley Fool have outlined reasons to sell but when it makes 60-70 then who’s the fool
