Tanzania is definitely worth investing in but you have to expect to share some of the Company so prepare to give up 16% and then you have to employ local people and support local development through donations. Fund a honey farm for example and start a training school, it will all cost and need extra staff, all should be Tanzanian. Then you have to be prepared to accept that you won’t get VAT refunded so don’t bother and add 20% extra to your local costs. You also need a good diplomat to bow down to the regime give them gifts and make them feel important. We have the greatest ever diplomat who was recently employed and I guess he is already offering gifts. There will be a point where it’s do you want 84% of a pie or no pie at all. There should be enough to go around and at .65p it’s a no brainier.
Why would you strike when you are on full pay for not working? ..... obviously no British workers involved.
They could have been working on making a pick axe out of gold ready to smuggle out by painting it black, that's the only reason I can think of that anyone would voluntarily want to work in a mine rather than receive FULL pay for not working?
Rain, Plague, Coup and Strikes ..... bring them on there's still gold in them there' hills
Just managed to fill my order after an hour and have tried to buy again and still waiting. There must be a bigger order to fill as the price isn't moving up. I know it all sounds a load of bull and no ones really listening but I'm happy to recommend this with their fundamentals. door
In the words of Mr Crabtree “Now here’s a likely spot Peter, you see the way the money is all flowing in one direction after being held up by the bank, well this is where there could be a big Chubby profit lying .
Someone is buying in the background, unless Izaak Walton wrote 'The Incomplete Angler' together with Issac Walton's theory of anti-gravity. More sales should equal a lower SP when an unequal amount of sales do not equal an unequal amount of gravitation on the SP then there must be other forces in action.............. the float just dipped? ..... STRIKE !
Anyone having problems buying through Barclays or other brokers? Barclays do not list SONG or SONG.L?
This has to start multiplying as they are reeling in the customers. Their margins are clear and the ground baiting has been laid and that’s why people are beginning to bite. It’s a keeper for me and I can see profit in the latest figures.
The last six month figures are well up and that’s during lockdown.....time to strike!
Vicky has just been taken on by Shoe Zone so she must have done something exceptional here so I wouldn’t boot her yet, she’s in the zone an e-com size 9 high heeled and ready to kick things to a new platform and is stacking up the figures. She is definitely not a lost sole and should leather past on line sales (all puns intended).
Tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow creeps in this petty pace from day to day..... but wait what light on yonder window breaks? .... all that glisters is not gold.
We will see that play out in the figures tomorrow.
I bought BYOT at 5p sold them at 7.4p when Midas tipped them they went from 5.9 to 7.5 as it seemed to me that they had reached their market valuation and more. 2 hours later they hit 8.4p and ended the day at 8.8p, next day 9.4p and today touching 10p ..................Sometimes you don't get that chance!
I still think its way overvalued but if no one else does hey what do I know?
Whats your hurry? The Tanzanians say leave it in the ground it's going up in value and it ain't going anywhere on todays market. "The infrastructure isn't ready yet, let them bleed a bit more" but suddenly in bursts a huge figure of a man talking in a Chocolate Brown Voice ......... "Oh No its Santos!" said the dictator "what do we do now?" "Give them the Licence" "when?" now and back date it a bit (grab some shares at 75 for me too). "Santos left a suitcase didn't he?" ....."yep just like father christmas" ....
1 month lock up
Cheers SJM
The Consideration Shares shall be issued at the Shanta Gold 30-day VWAP for the period up to 7 February 2020 of 10.4977 pence per share. These 54,650,211 shares Barrick will receive in Shanta Gold, are equivalent to a pro forma interest of approximately 6.44% in the Company and will be subject to a 1 month lock-up agreement and further 11-month orderly market agreement from Completion.
Nice little profit for Barrick 7.5m USD has now become 11.7m USD (was 10.5p a share now 16.5p a share) are they allowed to sell?
Someone had to grab hold of the biggest sport in the world and shake it up, onliners were doing so well in their small way but retailers were closing because of the competition as margins were being squeezed and who wants to breed worms and maggots? but a combination of the two, buying up the independents gave buying power and less competition (more buying power). A name that means quality is being built and I have every faith in the idealism, perhaps getting a few experts on board from the retail world would skyrocket this business tomorrow... its bigger than football but where's Lord Sugar........ he is probably in Le Touquet eating seafood at Perards?
This imho is a keeper (pun intended).
TheWorks.co.uk PLC - Birmingham-based retailer - To re-open 465 stores across England, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland next week and will look to re-open its remaining stores in Scotland and Wales as soon as possible thereafter. Seeing very strong demand for online offering since the start of the lockdown period on March 23, with sales continuing to be up more than three times year-on-year.
Anyone care to work out the potential of 3 x sales online? ..... this is going to work
AEX have brought in one of the big guns , Charles Edward Santos negotiated the ending of the war in Afghan and built a pipeline through Afghanistan during the war. He fixed things between Russia and China, Pakistan and India.......... Now he has his biggest challenge to get a licence from Tanzania.
It should take less than a week.

He has more than 33 years of experience in political and commercial negotiations in West Africa ....... and boy will they need him judging by the tax treatment of SHG and PDL ........ SHG are owed $30m and now have a tax investigation they also have to list 49% of one of their mines on the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange. PTD are owed $25m and a consignment of Diamonds has been confiscated........ Barrick (Acacia) got the same treatment and eventually had to give the Tanzanian Govt a share in their mines as well as paying a $500m fine.
The government must now have at least a 16% equity in all mining operations, and now has the power to enforce new regulations which require mining companies to list 30% of their equity on the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange by August 2017 .
President Magufuli claims that these reforms will increase transparency in the mining and energy sectors, and increase the country’s fair share of revenues. However, most companies disagree, and have accused the government of unfairly extorting unprofitable amounts of money from them .

Absolute rubbish £11m? its going to be well over! ...... they've already hit almost £6m in 4 months!!! The 3 months of April-June was also the period with all the problems of shipping, shutdowns, raw material supply shortages, factory closures, export bans etc and they achieved £3.4m and had £2m more in orders in hand.
David Traynor, Chief Executive of Byotrol plc commented:
"Trading remains strong in all our markets and supply chains continue to ease to our benefit. We remain very confident in the outlook for the Group, both for the current year and in the longer term."
Boots n' Cats n' NHS n' Rentokil n' Cats n' Boots n' Dogs n' Pet Shops....... this is going to beat box as well as beat expectations
