Make reference to it, drag it out for as long as possible when it fails, then put an RNS out for it never to be heard again.

As I keep saying, there’s no proof one has been applied for and the update from Tim doesn’t exactly fill you with confidence

Either the company via GST and or BAKE are going for a mica , or they are not.

The last GST update was they were hopeful for the end of 2025, if that isn’t the case anyone then we should be told.

Right

So if the company is no longer actively pursuing the licence via GST or Bake, as set out in previous RNS’ don’t you think that news should be released?

2. Results for the year ended 31 March 2025 (RNS / Annual Report)

In the risk / intangible assets section, the report says:

“Bake App — The Bake App is a platform for crypto trading, swaps, and staking. To operate in the EU, the company needs a MiCA licence. The application is still in progress. Until the licence is granted, there is a risk that the app cannot be used in certain markets, which could affect its value …” 

And in that same document (in summary) they also mention:

“To operate in the EU, the company needs a MiCA licence. The application is still in progress.”

Seeing as you have ignored or I’m filtered, with your post stating about if another company is applying GST would not release that news,

In previous RNS and in the reports it states both GST and Bake in relation to MICA licences, so is that incorrect? Or is your statement incorrect?

They can’t place it in RNS one moment and then not the next .

I’m sorry but that makes no sense, if GST have released RNS regarding MICA licences before, but now you are saying if it’s not GST another part of the brand they can’t comment,

So why mention anything to do with MICA in previous RNS’?

The problem is, in nearly two years since that statement there hasn’t been any meaningful update on it.

As I said before, they won’t even confirm the MICA licence has been applied for.

Doesn’t the lack of even holding an AGM, just to prove the lights are still on at the moment, prove complete contempt for share holders.

They are failing to provide anything within their RNS, failing to even hold a basic AGM etc.

Were we not in the news rich period running up to results? Look how they ended up

It’s amazing how some people are classed as trolling but unfounded positivity on here is perfectly fine

It’s a shame that even with a 100% rise we are only just going to be over 1p

Surely this can’t drag on till Christmas , the SP easily be under 0.5p by then

The problem is. There is no news, regardless on who has it or who can release it.

Unsure if you still have me filtered, but it’s really disappointing to see someone as positive as you moving into the negativity for obvious reasons.

The band of positivity here is getting smaller each day, you have Enki who thinks it will end up at 5p by lunchtime and massive who speaks in riddles, billy who is throwing that much money at it im not convinced if he lost it all it would actually impact him.

There has to be something positive at some point but I wouldn’t be surprised if we drift towards Christmas with little news.

It’s very concerning for myself on how Tim can’t even confirm MICA has been applied for, in my eyes that just means it hasn’t.

hopefully something positive does come soon for all of us.

Surely they should be able to say if one has been submitted, if not we have missed the deadline I believe.

I’ve had it confirmed via Tim that no AGM date has been set yet.

Concerning though that the AGM email was replied to very fast but one sent a few hours earlier asking the question regarding the MICA licence has been overlooked
