Is a head of terms the same as an agreement? If so does that means we have already had that part of news sooner than 3 months? So we might not get news next week if people are reading it word for word?

I am massive, I just saw the SP at 3.5p a few days ago so to see it at 2.5p isnt the best for me obviously! Hopefully the tide turns a bit the next few days.

I don’t think everyone expects a blue day but to be neatly 1p down on the SP since a few days ago is heartbreaking profit wise.

I’m not sure Duke, it’s starting to look like a other sharp rise followed by the sharp fall which seems to happen a lot looking at the charts with this share,

Sentiment has shifted massively it seems already.

Shame it looks like a brutal start to the day, I can see this ending up settling back down at about 2.5, which isn’t bad but still to lose the 1p gain from 3.5p is disappointing.

Thanks guys, spodulike I did read that part but assumed some on here had seen an actual date expected etc by how they were typing.

I’ve been reading the posts on here and re read all of the latest RNS’s, and can see a lot of people are saying semnet news very soon.

What news would be very soon and is there a likely date? Checking the RNS I can’t see anything saying nasdaq news likely by X date etc,
