I'm afraid we knew that at 7.30 yesterday morning

As stated over a week ago RR sharesave was and always will be £250 at this this present time

Fait point Gerry about a certain business and divestment but i would not put Railreack any where near RR as they were and still are ex British Rail poor workforce and no Product to show its a valid point you make buti believe that RR are always looking for new technology for the future and staying one step ahead of competitors something Railtrack simply could not do Its a bit like a Premier League team against a conference team and you know who is the big team is here Gerry

Firstly I admire your loyalty to RR just what I like to hear and well done for building up your portfolio , You seem to be doing quite well with your investments but remember it will be harder for any tax breaks when you have to decide about your buy to let's unless you pass them onto family ,as for me I have been invested in RR since 1987 and hold over 30000 shares have gained another house out of my investment over that period and have no mortgage on my present house a good quality of life and a Wife who is a Professional at RR on a healthy salary so I spend a lot of time investing as you can see so good luck with ya investments and I'm sure in a couple of years this share will be £11.£12 and above Quality product and class Good Luck

Well put Queen Elvis I am passionate about my large holding in this great product and look at a bigger picture to other people as for Sharesaves you are not locked in during your period and can get your money back at any stage but as I have said to Mr Bennett I like many purchase shares in RR and am always reviving Dividends which are reinvested but in a sharesave you get no division until the period is up and you keep the holding hence why I suggested to the person above to buy some holding at value prices but who am I to tell people. What to do with there money eh., only been in for 28 years .Good Luck

Nobody is having an argument but why do you think that everybody is interested in Sharesaves ,some of us are real investors who put our money in what ever the price ,if you spent as much time grafting instead of this obsession of sharesave info. we would all be quids in ,oh did you still get your maximum £250 allowance as you never said ha ha

You just do that don't speculate because like any incident there are questions to be answered but why all the negatives ,let's be positive , 108 years of excellence no planes brought down due to engine failure so just try and keep positive ,I'm a long term investor and look at the bigger picture I'm afraid you don't but we will beg to differ ,good luck and get investing

I'm sorry but this page is about investments and not conjecture why anybody is interested in these events other than the experts is baffling but if that is what you need to know then let's hope a report appears in the near future to allay any doubts you have .Good Luck

Why would you want to know about that,it obviously has No bearing on the performance of the engines

You might be better not being involved in share dealing as you look into things too deeply as you say being a long term investor you are Not but I would disagree with your analysis but I'm a long termer so not looking to make a few pounds looking further ahead so our thoughts are miles apart
