I was just reading about a vaccine, developed by Chinese firm Sinovac Biotech. They are doing a trial in brazil and it had to be halted due to a patient sadly passing. They claim it has nothing to do with their vaccine but who knows.
Just shows it can be a dangerous game trying to find a vaccine. Which is even more reason why we need a therapeutic drug like foralumab which is fully human and has little or no side affects. And it can be given via oral or nasal route.

Iknownuffin I 100% agree. The BoD could be more informative to reassure the SH. Sentiment is low. The demerger process wasnt handled well.
However I am hoping once we move to the main market we can put the last 6 months behind us and focus on the main pipeline. Nothing has changed with that.

Another long day for Tiziana holders. But we remain positive. We know what potential this great company has and our time will come.

There is that old saying 'you learn something new everyday'

Well today I learnt that Dr Napoleone Ferrara, who serves on Tiziana's Scientific Advisory Board, was the man who pioneered Lucentis and Avastin. These are transformational treatments for Wet Age Related Macula Degeneration, Diabetic Macula Edema, Retinal Vein Occlusions.

As an Optometrist myself, I have seen first hand how these innovative treatments have helped to prevent central vision loss in many patients over the years.

So to have someone of his calibre backing Tiziana's pipeline is very exciting indeed.

Here is one of his statements..

LBC we all are feeling your frustration. This has been a major roller coaster the last few months from the MM games to nasdaqs poor performance and to top it off the covid crash. Like Shiraz and the other guys said patience is needed now. Look at the positives we have alot to look forward to and hopefully this time next year this will have reached some of its monster potential.
Rest up and we start again tomorrow. (Hopefully with a decent RNS lol)

Was just looking into the company they are collaborating with and its mcap is over $4.5billion. So they are taking this seriously. Exciting times indeed

Yes Asher it is shocking when you read the stats. Which is even more reason why I hope our trial gets the results we all hope.

I was just reading another article of monoclonal antibody being used in a trial for covid. It shows 44% increase in recovery time. Albeit a small study it shows we are in the right direction. Ours is also fully human so less risks and given nasally.
