Sounds like BOD & Team have been on a brain for 12 months on shareholder money, now the brown stuff has hit the fan, everyone is running for cover and probably thinking holy moly time to work for a living.

Surely the three musketeers have had ample time to plot a way out of this after the knee jerk action of kicking Omar’s plan into touch which might have saved shareholders.

As it’s not as straightforward as they imagined months ago - wonder if the easiest thing would be to bring MIRI back onto the market???

Anger is still boiling over on social media regarding the way this fiasco is being played out, I can’t see how they think they can get away Scott free, having broken many ethical rules and possibly the law.

Not intent with destroying the company and leaving shareholders massively down, when a way of light appeared in the form of Omar, Administration was hurried along so to snub him out.

BOD could have carried on for a few months, they had the cash, but refused as something might have happened to rock the boat and hence plan not executing.

I mean, if you are losing 2-0 with 75 mins gone, why go off the pitch??? You play until the bitter end, it is an uphill task but can be turned around.

So to put a stop to Omar they have hurried this process along and there WILL NOT HOLD A GENERAL MEETING.

They still have monies left so in essence are being paid with SHAREHOLDERS money while they s**ew us over, disgusting how Louis Wakefield has conducted this whole affair since Nov Presentation.

Someone commented that in 50 years of trading this is the most blatant attempt he has seen in doing what they are trying to achieve.

This ladies and gentlemen is a perfect example in the society we live in Greed and Manipulation in full play without a single thought of who they crush, not a single word from Louis & BOD, should hang their heads in shame but I know they won’t as it’s business as usual for these guys!

Lots of chatter on Telegram groups, when our losses are crystallised that’s when the brown stuff will really hit the fan, unless the current BOD can turn it around. It has to be with real contracts because wishy washy statements like ‘strong pipeline’ won’t cut it anymore.

Strange, since last couple of weeks our JV partner hasn’t been posting as often on LinkedIn…….
