I disagree, the new deal has been funded with cash from the profits of HE1 without the need to raise, admittedly the deal is initially small but does give a income and a platform to build from with further profits to come fro HE1 I see no reason why this can't be repeated, and recent news about Ruvuma been worth considerably more I would say that Scir look much stronger than they have for a long while.
