I can see no reason why this couldn't eventually do 20p again, get the right conditions, sentiment and pog rising, not out of the question, maybe not next week but before 100 years.

I can't see what purpose that would be for? My guess is that the delay is because of the poor sentiment in the market and particularly around the oil price, this could potentially get things off to a poor start, hoping that things have eased somewhat after the election and that the Ipo then has a fuller impact, just my thoughts.
