Pointless engaging IMHO
Thanks ShouldveSold, I appreciate your advice and I know you are right but Ma and Pa brought me up to not suffer fools gladly I don't get to stressed about it these days.
What's normal about coming onto a discussion board where you are not invested and have no intention of doing so ?
So you are saying that the deal has no binding agreement?
Of course it's in ARAs interest do you really think they would behave that way? It's the same Ara that are behind Aex why do you think they would be devious with Scir and play ball with Aex?

So even fund managers get it wrong occasionally
What doesn't stack up is why someone would devote so much time and energy posting on a board where they are not invested?

It looks like the plan is to move away from oil and move into green renewables Looks a sensible plan considering the future of North sea operations.
Looks like the board are not the only one's with little to do.
The longstop has been extended to August
It's not unheard practice to have share allotments in lieu of wages, not sure how that dilutes the company any more than paying cash? Ultimately it's a outgoing that can't be avoided, same for every company.
