It's difficult to know what the true spread is atm because there have been no sells shown.

In general, you can carry capital losses forward indefinitely, either until you use them all up or until they run out. Carryovers of capital losses have no time limit, so you can use them to offset capital gains or as a deduction against ordinary income in subsequent tax years until they are exhausted

Those 2 shares weren't a transaction they where a uncrossing trade and the rise is showing that, the midprice is .85.

In the process of divesting of assets, Scirocco management has said a number of times that it will listen to the various and competing calls for what to do next. As it repeats above, all options are open to the company and the fact that Forest Nominees have blown the whistle to go into extra time makes a result possible although not necessarily imminent.

So, what Scirocco has stated here… is that you don’t need an investment infrastructure if there isn’t a big pool of cash to invest right now and given the current status of divestments the timing is appropriate. Without a clear mandate to invest the company will now review other options and will continue to have necessary executive support for that review.

The Aim ruling 5.6 that is referred to state's that where a company disposes of all it's assets ( that would virtually be the situation here) they have 12 months from that date to start new investments

Failing to do so would lead to suspension.
