As for not posting here quite the contrary, the poor things on overtime
That may have been profitable for investors buying into HE1 on floatation but abysmal for those that already held Attis oil.
Roam these board's with to much spare time on their hands
Maybe he should have said that if the deal goes ahead before the long stop date he would post even more than he already does on a company where he has no shares lol.
This is the deal that shareholders have been waiting for from Scirocco and although it has taken longer than expected that is all behind them now. With a cash payment of $2.54m now received the company is on target to receive in total some $16m over the next year or two.
The next payments are all contingent but the next is tied to the JV getting FID and with the development licence imminent that seems to be likely in Q4. After that the payments are linked to production and should payout mainly this tear and next.
Scirocco finds itself in a very strong position and I for one am glad that I remained confident that the deal would happen as expected, not something that I think everyone even close to the tent were so confident. This deal leaves the company with no financial liabilities and clean as a whistle with money in the bank to continue with the sustainable energy policy.
The management promised to reengage with shareholders following the Ruvuma deal and that is what they are planning to do, the opportunities are out there, the team have a strong idea of what is best for the future and to create long term value. And they said it wouldn’t happen…
Mrc, ever prediction you ever called has been wrong and you still have the nerve to keep it up( even though you said that you wouldn't if this deal was made on time)
I wouldn't take any notice nicely, there's a few that sold out at a loss that can't move on, never made any money and don't want anyone else to
The deal was done a year ago so anyone who didn't like it had plenty of time to leave, strange to start complaining now.
Where is this long stop you are talking about?
Yes, you must remember mrc, when you said you wouldn't post here anymore if it was approved.
There is no longstop its already been approved to be completed in the coming weeks.
What are you suggesting mrc ?
In blood
I suppose it needs to be drafted on goatskin
As he's already breached that commitment I hardly think that would bother him.
Slowly but surely the process in Tanzania moves to some sort of denouement, I’m sure shareholders will be excited to see the deal close and then let Scirocco get back to the business of increasing its investments in the sustainable and circular economy markets. Let battle commence and hope that 2024 will see Scirocco deliver on its plan.
Thats inane mrc ?
With the continued but not unexpected delay in the completion of the Ruvuma process, Scirocco has had to pause, hopefully not for long, before cracking on with the investment in the ‘European sustainable energy and circular economy market’ targets.
I am looking forward to that time as the initial investments look to be of some interest and will make Scirocco a unique and exciting investment.
It wouldn't make any difference to the delay who is running the company I'm sure the Bod would like to see it passed like the rest of us ( most of us?
Pros been and gone lol.
